On January 18, 2023 the ''sunspot'' AR 3190 was visible on the Sun with only the naked eye.
According to ''spaceweather'', AR 3190 is an active solar region containing itself twenty sunspots.
For safe observation, I put Eclipse sunglasses over my normal eyeglasses.
I made this observation at the suggestion of my friend Dan Uza, a keen amateur astronomer and sundial expert.
At 11:00 UTC, the time of my observation, the Sun was very close to meridian.
AR 3190 was visible as a very small but obvious black dot, located at about a quarter of Solar radius toward East from the center of our blessed Central Star and slightly below its Ecuator.

I believe my last similar observations happened on April 12 and 14, 2016 regarding the sunspot/active region AR 12529.
AR 12529 with a Coolpix S3300 camera on April 12, up and on April 14, 2016, down.
